Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Easy peel shrimp

  • 3 Tomatoes wedged

  • 1 Bulb fennel sliced

  • 1 Bulb fennel sliced

  • 1 Bunch Kale shredded

  • 1 Bag Fresh peas

  • 2 tbls Jeanpierre Cajun spice

  • 2 tbls Chef Celeste's Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • .25 cups Militello's Sicilian Olive Oil

  • 2 cups Chef Celeste's Honey Mustard

  • 2 tbls Fish Sauce

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Methods

Sautée shrimp in olive oil with garlic. Turn add chef Celeste’s honey mustard, peas, fish sauce and an additional 1/4c olive oil. Pour over salad greens and enjoy!!
